Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Store Associate to join our team at Wenkai Garden Fresh. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions about products, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, count and verify inventory, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean and organize the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas of the store, and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and walk or bend as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in English required.
