Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Skjodt-Barrett Foods. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and meeting customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage production documents, including preparing detailed production run folders and reviewing production schedules to ensure compliance with Kosher requirements.
- Verify quality by coordinating the timely submission of microbiological samples to our third-party lab and reviewing Critical Control Points to ensure all quality checks are passed.
- Complete reporting and participate in auditing, including entering KPI data into the system and uploading documentation to SharePoint.
- A science education or background, with the ability to read and interpret scientific standards, measurements, processes, and results.
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality control measures and HACCP & PCQI certification.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
