Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Cafe Bon Bon Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory treats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
- Operate machinery and equipment to mix, knead, and bake dough
- Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed
- Supervise and assist baking personnel and kitchen staff as required
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
