We're seeking a top-tier Content Strategist to join our team.

We need someone who lives and breathes content trends, understands that the first two seconds of a video are everything, and knows how to keep viewers hooked.

We're looking for a high-level strategist who can lead with fresh ideas and create content strategies that go viral.

You'll be someone who's always reading the latest trends, understands the power of viral hooks, and knows exactly how the algorithm works.

You are a practitioner when it comes to content creation. You know that it's the little details in each video that make the difference.

The thumbnail, matters.

The time of day you post, matters.

The fonts you use, matter.

The colors of the font, matter.

The first 3 seconds, matters.

The style and framing of the shot, the different formats, all of these things matter.

You spend time researching and understanding our audience.

You invest in commenting, and responding to messages and comments in the feed because you understand that comments are also content.

You know that the audience on TikTok is a different audience than Facebook.

You know that the same video we made for Instagram cannot also live on LinkedIn, because those are two different types of people.

For example, you're the same person, but you wouldn't wear the same outfit you wore to a party in Beverly Hills, than you would wear to a party in Silverlake.

Some tweaks and edits need to be made, and you know what those necessary adjustments are to stick the landing for these different audiences.

Being able to also use all the latest tools, including AI for content creation and strategy is also a must.
