Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Expert to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our North American Customer Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in our technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency in key areas such as order management, fulfillment, and customer self-service tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer order processing and make working with McCain easier.
  • Future Focused: Partner with NA Supply Chain teams to modernize the Supply Chain Order Management Platform.
  • Super User: Provide technical support to the NA Customer Solutions team in resolving system and process issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain with food or related CPG industry exposure.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree. MBA or Advanced Degree is a plus.
