About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Practice Consultant to join our team at the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting the provision of safe, competent, ethical, and compassionate nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practice consultation to LPNs, employers, government, and stakeholders through various modalities.
  • Represent the Association on provincial and national committees.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate practice-based resources, guidelines, and educational workshops/webinars.
  • Deliver education presentations in a variety of formats.
  • Monitor trends for continuing competence needs and evaluate statistical data of the Continuing Competence Program.
  • Manage annual audits of members for compliance with CCP requirements.
  • Assist member engagement through management of social media platforms, webinars, and other educational components.
  • Support candidates by delivering the Pathways to Licensure program for IENs and other educational components as required.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (French/English) with excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization skills.
  • Registered LPN or RN in good standing with a minimum 5 years of recent active practice in a variety of fields.
  • Valid NB Driver's license.
