Parts Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at Imperial Tires Ltd. This role involves coordinating and managing the daily activities of our parts department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to team members on technical matters, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Organized and able to work independently.
This is a permanent position with a 33 to 40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
