Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Johnston Equipment. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with sales representatives, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage sales orders in our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with sales representatives to confirm delivery information and arrange for product pickup or delivery
- Generate invoices and distribute documents to relevant departments
- Manage and maintain sales order records, including tracking and reporting
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as required to support the sales team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working in a office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
