Position Overview

The Junior Production Coordinator will assist the Producer II and Senior Producer in their daily tasks. Responsibilities will include monitoring the daily asset pipeline workflow and collaborating with internal partners on approvals and schedules.

This role is vital in supporting the Production Team in managing and executing video and design assets. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to our pursuit of excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to assist on projects from inception to completion
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
  • Understanding of Post/Editorial/Design Production Processes
  • Willingness to support and prepare live-action trailers with Senior Producers
  • Familiarity with preferred software workflows (AE, Photoshop, Premiere, 3D)
  • Creatively driven
  • Experience with tracking software such as Airtable or Shotgun
  • Previous experience in a Video Game Company or a Creative Advertising Agency
Responsibilities:
  • Content Production: Assist in the creation, organization, and execution of video and design assets, including Key Art, Icons, Gameplay trailers, PBM Videos, and Screenshots.
  • Toolset Maintenance: Ensure the tools we utilize daily are well-maintained.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Facilitate daily communication between various teams.
  • Asset Tracking: Monitor all assets and approvals on a daily basis.
  • Production Scheduling: Collaborate with the Senior Producer to develop content production schedules.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Seek assistance from producers to resolve production-related inquiries.
  • Effective Communication: Filter and convey notes and next steps clearly to the team.
  • Feedback Implementation: Drive actionable feedback from the creative lead and other stakeholders.
  • Autonomous Work: Work independently while relying on the Senior Producer for guidance.
  • Team Support: Offer assistance to teammates when possible.
  • Collaboration: Accept team decisions to move projects forward.
  • Team Dynamics: Demonstrate effective execution and encourage team input.
  • Learning and Application: Observe, learn, and apply collaborative basics within the team.
Compensation and Benefits

Electronic Arts has shared the base salary ranges it anticipates offering applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. The salary offered will be determined based on various relevant business and candidate factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.

• British Columbia (varies by location):
o $63,400 - $86,500 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one component of the overall compensation at Electronic Arts. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days of sick leave annually, and extended health/dental/vision coverage along with basic life insurance.
