About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Thai Smile Cuisine Ltd. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in preparing and serving food to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing way.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
    • Assist in the maintenance of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Stock Management
    • Assist in the receipt and storage of food and other supplies.
    • Ensure that all stock is properly labeled and stored.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education or training is required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset, but not essential.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Language and Culture
    • Fluency in English is required.
    • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
