Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Tiro Marketing. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales revenue and improve sales performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in iOS and MS Outlook.
- Area of Specialization: Retail store.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, team player, dependable, and initiative.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition and offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
