About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Trust N Ride Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ship orders in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Pick orders and stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring seamless order processing.
  • Labeling and Packaging: Create and attach labels to goods, ensuring accurate and efficient packaging.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Transportation and Distribution: Transport and distribute materials and goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Energetic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, with a focus on developing skills and expertise.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
