Your contributions to the team:

  • Execute the work transfer not finalized at the previous post, utilizing a follower sheet.
  • Develop the transfer documentation, make photocopies, and incorporate them into the relevant files.
  • Collect and input data accurately.
  • Collaborate with production staff to oversee corrections.
  • Conduct audits of documents in line with established protocols.
  • Organize and archive documents efficiently.

How to excel in this position? Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • Completion of D.E.P. in Secretariat or D.E.P. in Accounting or a technical field.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
  • Familiarity with software applications: Word, Excel, Access, Lotus Notes; knowledge of Macpac, GNS, and IBM is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the manufacturing process is a plus.
