Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Alpha Donair and Shawarma is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate budget reports and cost estimates to support business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in budgeting and reporting.
