About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bully's Sport & Entertainment Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes.
  • Chef Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
    • Provide training and guidance to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
    • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen.
    • Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor.
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
