Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 0729886 BC LTD.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, managing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales representatives are meeting their targets.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales representatives to help them improve their performance.
- 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
