About the Role

As a key member of our store team, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales and profit growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profit growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom organization
  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team, providing coaching and training to enhance skills and career development
  • Participate in ear piercing and nose piercing services, with comprehensive training provided

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of retail management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in POS systems
  • A strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and problem-solve strategically
  • Physical stamina to stand during scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
