Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at TSAWWASSEN RESTAURANT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in our food and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demand and maintain profitability.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
