  • Oversee Surveillance Officers, verifying timesheets and contributing to performance evaluations
  • Monitor, document, and report on violations, large cash transactions, and unauthorized access
  • Maintain logs, prepare daily reports, and store records securely for evidence purposes
  • Monitor surveillance facilities and equipment, performing preventative maintenance as needed
  • Train new team members and foster effective communication with operational departments
  • Build strong relationships with guests and team members, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and regulations
Education and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Post-secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of surveillance or security experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience and gaming experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License and provide excellent customer service
Work Environment Considerations
  • Secure back office environment, requiring prolonged sitting and monitoring of CCTV footage
