The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving the company's success through effective management of daily sales activities and customer interactions. This position encompasses responsibilities in-store, through phone communication, via email, or through online platforms related to E-Scooters and similar merchandise. The individual will be tasked with delivering fundamental training and product knowledge to customers while facilitating product comparisons as necessary. This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to advance their careers in Sales, Business Management, or transition into a Store Management role within our rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations independently (key holder).
  • Formulate and execute strategic business initiatives to enhance customer engagement, boost store traffic, and optimize profitability.
  • Administer store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain an inviting store atmosphere and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze and report on purchasing trends, customer preferences, and profitability to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Generate creative solutions to increase market presence and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, including complaints and feedback.
  • Preserve the overall image of the store, ensuring alignment with the company's branding standards.
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor and deliver exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and provide basic operational training.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as dictated by the store's requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, full-time availability, and a readiness to begin work immediately.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
