Computer Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team at Axios Mining Corp. as a key member of our IT department.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and Administer Network Infrastructure
Ensure the smooth operation of our local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
Evaluate and Install Network Hardware and SoftwareAssess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Provide Expert Problem-Solving ServicesDeliver high-quality problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Ensure Data Security and IntegrityPerform data backups and disaster recovery operations to safeguard our critical business data.
Configure Network ConnectionsSet up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficiency in networking software, Internet, and related technologies.
Transportation/Travel InformationOwn transportation is required for occasional business travel.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
Work TermPermanent position.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours35 to 40 hours per week.
