About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at DAYS INN CRANBROOK. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dust and polish furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment for our guests.
  • Vacuum and clean all floors, carpets, and upholstered furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Provide clean towels and toiletries to our guests, ensuring that they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Disinfect and clean operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests' needs are met.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job, providing you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
  • Work Term: Permanent position, offering stability and security.
  • Work Language: English is required for this role.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
