Position Overview

NSB Supply Ltd is seeking a dedicated Welder to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in various environments and requires a strong understanding of welding processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting welding process specifications
  • Operating manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
  • Reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes
  • Using manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
  • Operating brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines
  • Utilizing oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC)
  • Determining the weldability of materials
  • Operating previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Using previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations, and seams of metal
  • Starting up, shutting down, adjusting, and monitoring robotic welding production lines
  • Maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
