Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at I Time Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Implement solutions to technical problems, including setting up equipment and configuring systems
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work. The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week.
