About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at NVS Connect Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high level of accuracy required.
