Sai Estate is a leading real estate company that specializes in property management and development. We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team and lead our operations to the next level.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating teams, and establishing objectives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Sales Leadership: Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Facility Evaluation: Evaluate the operations of facilities and included real estate to ensure optimal performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, team player, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook.
- Free Parking: Free parking available on site.
- On-Site Amenities: On-site amenities for employees.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
