Position OverviewAre you dedicated to delivering outstanding service and crafting unforgettable moments for our guests? We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Luxury Guest Services Supervisor.
In your role as a Luxury Guest Services Supervisor at Accor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests and team members feel appreciated, attended to, and valued within our exclusive accommodations.
- Exhibit a dedication to providing tailored, anticipatory service that surpasses guest expectations.
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/out processes, auditing, and reporting.
- Guarantee the precision of all reservations and maintain service excellence.
- Deliver exceptional concierge services and insights to guests.
- Facilitate smooth arrival and departure experiences for all patrons.
- Empower team members to effectively resolve guest service challenges.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Your Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of prior supervisory experience in Front Desk operations.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Micros-Opera PROPERTY Manager, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred background in Hotel Management or Hospitality programs.
- Highly organized and results-driven.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team and prioritize guest needs.
- Physically capable of lifting luggage and assisting guests.
- Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol.
