Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Moltaqa Moroccan Restaurant.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Host/Hostess will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Table Management: Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and ensure timely service to all guests.
  • Wine Service: Advise customers on wine selection and serve wine with a smile.
  • Communication: Liaise between chefs, customers, and other staff members to ensure seamless service.
  • Appearance and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized appearance, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
