We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pizza Pizza #82. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our restaurant by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
