Contract Review Specialist

Aon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Information Management (CIM) team as an Early Careers Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our expert information and legal professionals to review and analyze client contracts, ensuring compliance and supporting the launch of new benchmarking tools.
Key Responsibilities- Review client contracts to identify standard confidentiality provisions and escalate non-standard cases for further review.
- Collaborate with client leaders and finance teams to gather current contract information and document the status of reviewed contracts.
- Assist the CIM team in collecting Human Capital benefit details, including group benefits, wealth accumulation programs, and other programs/perks related to attracting and retaining talent.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract review and information management, working with a dynamic team to support the launch of new benchmarking tools. You will develop strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of Aon's Human Capital business and the importance of benchmarking and data collection.
Requirements- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of contract language and legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.).
