Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

R A J K O S H I N C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 32 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
