Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Silva Dental Lab Smile Designers Inc. As an Order Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer written and oral inquiries, provide information to customers, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Processing: Issue receipts, order office supplies, and maintain inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, receive payments, and maintain digital databases.
- Communication: Answer clients' inquiries, provide information, and maintain effective communication with internal teams.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word and electronic mail.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and stand for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Punctual, client-focused, efficient in interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, team player, initiative, ability to multitask, and dependable.
