Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide holistic care to patients, incorporating the nursing profession's values of knowledge, theory, and practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and coordinate the care of patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Active registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick.
  • Minimum two years of specialized nursing experience in family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology.
  • Knowledge of the target population and available community services.
  • Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Current CPR Level C certification.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently as a team member and maintain a good attendance record.
