Position Overview

The Barber Brothers Inc. is seeking a dedicated Spa Operations Supervisor to oversee our spa services and ensure exceptional client experiences. This role is pivotal in managing daily operations and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Organize and plan work schedules for staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for spa services.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational issues, providing technical guidance to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Team Supervision: Lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of spa personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Staff Training: Educate team members on their roles, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Procedure Establishment: Develop and implement effective work procedures and schedules.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
