Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaning staff with their duties as required.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling are also required.
- Dependable and reliable individual with strong initiative and judgement.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
