We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a seasoned and driven Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in geotechnical engineering who are eager to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to significant projects.

Our geotechnical division excels in providing expert consulting services in geotechnical and materials engineering. As a prominent regional provider, we cater to various sectors including commercial, institutional, heavy industrial, transportation, municipal infrastructure, energy & utilities, and large residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing geotechnical investigation and design projects from start to finish;
  • Delivering geotechnical engineering solutions for subsurface investigations and analyses;
  • Creating, managing, and executing comprehensive geotechnical field programs;
  • Formulating project scopes and drafting proposals for geotechnical services;
  • Conducting and supervising data analyses and generating associated reports;
  • Ensuring adherence to quality control standards in line with company policies and industry best practices;
  • Guiding and enhancing the technical capabilities of junior team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Engaging in multidisciplinary team collaborations and providing strategic support for resource allocation;
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and influencing the future trajectory of our consulting services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in Geotechnical, Geological, or Civil (Geotechnical) Engineering (master's degree preferred);
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering with a proven record of successful project management;
  • Strong analytical skills in applying geotechnical engineering principles to address complex challenges;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and leadership abilities;
  • Proficient in working and leading within a collaborative team environment;
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
  • Willingness to travel as required.
