Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Heer Salon & Spa. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service area, provide basic information, and respond to inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, answer phone calls, and relay messages.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and process payments, calculate billing charges, and perform data entry.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

35 hours per week.
