Position Summary

In the role of Director of Physician Engagement and Sales, you will play a crucial part in establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians and clinics, enhancing our visibility in the market, and driving the adoption of our cutting-edge solutions. Your contributions will be vital to the growth and success of Empathia AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of our physician and clinic network while guiding the team to achieve subscription revenue goals.
  • Formulate, implement, and assess sales strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Continuously improve engagement and sales processes to establish best practices and enhance efficiency.
  • Inspire, train, and manage the sales team to achieve excellence.
  • Conduct independent market research to identify and connect with high-quality leads.
  • Engage with clinics to showcase our AI solutions, facilitating customer onboarding and implementation.
  • Represent Empathia AI at industry events and workshops, both virtually and in person.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback from physicians and clinics to our product development teams.
  • Deliver exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Travel locally as required and participate in conferences and trade shows across North America.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in field sales, particularly in pharmaceuticals or healthcare technologies, is highly beneficial.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • A motivated, empathetic individual with a collaborative mindset.

This position is located in the Greater Vancouver Area.
