Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of food service within our establishment. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage a team and maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This role is set within a fast-paced restaurant environment where efficiency and quality are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports as required
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Transportation and Travel
