Job Summary

The Project Manager at ALSA Road Construction is responsible for promoting and projecting the company's image of efficiency, quality, and technical competence. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Manage contracts and subcontracts to ensure efficient administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • University or College Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • NCSO Designation
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
