Your Opportunity

Our Peterborough office is seeking a Junior Accountant to join the Assurance team, bringing their technical knowledge and skills to carry out work projects and assignments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing technical expertise to prepare and complete working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements
  • Gathering evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
  • Building positive working relationships with clients and responding to their requests and suggestions
  • Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Communicating effectively with team members regarding progress updates and issues

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have completed their undergraduate degree or diploma and the necessary CPA pre-requisites. You should have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork, proven leadership skills, and strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
