Account Executive Job Description

Accuenergy is a leading international company dedicated to research, design, and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and client retention.
  • Proactively oversee the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, facilitating a seamless transition and successful integration of Acucloud solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and upselling, contributing to an increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Regularly evaluate client needs and feedback, serving as the client's advocate to internal teams for ongoing enhancement of products and services.
  • Conduct strategic client meetings weekly, focused on understanding their challenges and aligning AcuCloud solutions with their objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance throughout the sales process, collaborating closely with the sales team on proposal development and demonstrations.
  • Take the lead in resolving any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the Product & Engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or environmental); advanced degree preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in technical consulting, sales engineering, solutions engineering, software implementation, or onboarding.
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with building science, systems, controls, and new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-working abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for technological innovation and industry impact.
