Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Norlita Dela Cruz. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children to promote their emotional and social development
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to ensure the children's physical well-being
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering guidance and support when needed
  • Cook meals for the family, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Non-smoking environment
  • Employer's home setting
Work Environment:

We offer a non-smoking work environment with public transportation available. Our company provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Language:

The work language is English, and the work term is temporary with 40 hours per week.
