Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions and services
  • Manage guest requests and preferences, including room assignments and amenities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and room inventory

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
