Superintendent of Business at Living Sky School Division

Living Sky School Division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent of Business to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of the division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the financial strategy of the organization, including long-term financial planning, forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Provide high-level oversight of functions performed by staff in the management of financial and capital assets.
- Work with budget holders to understand the risks, rewards, and processes in leveraging financial and capital assets to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Ensure that financial systems, policies, and procedures meet the short and long-term needs of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business (accounting or finance major preferred), or equivalent training and experience.
- Master of business administration, or equivalent training and experience.
- Experience within a school system is an asset.
