Job Summary

Wing Kei is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Resident Coordinator. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting a positive and supportive environment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to provide excellent care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with CARNA.
  • Current CPR (BCLS) Certificate.
  • Proven experience in long-term care or support living settings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
