About Provident Security

We are a leading security company in British Columbia, providing comprehensive security solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our 24/7 Operations Center team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and dispatch alarm events in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to our clients
  • Dispatch our Mobile Team to respond to emergency situations
  • Book Homewatches and create service jobs as needed
  • Program alarm panels and ensure seamless system integration
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Previous call center experience and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Security license and ability to work in Canada
