About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ON TIME 03 BUILDERS INC. as a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist with performance reviews, employee onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
