Project Cost Controls Role

EllisDon Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Controls professional to join their team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and auditing project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain project administration systems, including costing and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with project execution plans.
  • Prepare and submit quantity takeoffs, insurance requests, and bonding requests.
  • Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure effective project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of field costs and forecast costs to complete.
  • Implement cost control procedures within the project execution plan.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in project controls.
  • Estimating experience is an asset.
  • Experience with cost consulting is an asset.
  • Working with CCDC agreements is an asset.
  • Ability to travel to project sites, with the project located in B.C.
  • Work rotation TBD.
