Position Overview

The role of a Sales Supervisor at Green Mobile involves overseeing the daily operations of our retail environment. This position is crucial for ensuring that our sales team is effectively managed and that customer service standards are upheld.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of sales staff, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Delegate tasks and assign duties to sales personnel.
  • Conduct hiring and training processes for new employees.
  • Manage payment authorizations and oversee merchandise orders.
  • Handle merchandise returns and establish work schedules for the team.
  • Engage in direct sales and prepare detailed reports on sales performance and personnel matters.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory and manage cash operations.
  • Supervise both office and volunteer staff as needed.
Supervisory Scope

This position typically involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
